Every event is unique, and our pricing reflects the venue, services required, and guest numbers. As a ballpark guide, a three-course meal with reception drinks service, canapés, and evening food would be around £130 per guest plus VAT.
This figure includes everything needed to deliver your day seamlessly — from hire and staffing to the full service experience.

How far advance should we book?

Our diary fills quickly. Unlike many caterers, we only take on one wedding per day, meaning you’ll always have the full Taste team dedicated solely to you.
We recommend securing your date 12–24 months in advance. Availability moves constantly, so while we’ll always do our best to accommodate, we can’t guarantee a date until it’s confirmed.
